I went in to get some accessories installed, but after waiting over an hour, I was told to wait even longer — and still, no accessories person ever showed up at the showroom. Not a single thing was done. The staff seemed disorganized and completely indifferent to customer time. If you expect even basic professionalism or value your time, avoid this service centre at all costs."

"Such a pathetic service by the sales team and also they always request make a booking of 5000 min, and once the booking will be done no one will put any effort for any further car loan process/ delivery or anything no one will call to check the status. After 10 days when I checked the status from sales executive saying loan is under process. Bullshit I never expected this type of service from Maruti insted. Even I had raised car booking cancellation and now rs. 500 deducted what a game it's loot kind of thing."
